Greenburgh Town Justice
Judge Christie D’Alessio was elected to the Greenburgh Town Court in 2018 which is the second largest town court in NYS where she handles civil and criminal matters. Christie was motivated to run for office after years of working as a court attorney in Westchester Supreme & County Court for the Honorable Anne E. Minihan. Judge D’Alessio continues to work in both roles as a Judge and a Court Attorney. She earned her undergraduate degree from Mercy College and juris doctorate from Pace Law School. She worked with the Westchester County Attorney’s office for 13 years as a litigator handling cases in local, state and federal court. Christie is dedicated to the law and hopes to be a Supreme Court Justice so that she may use her experience to help deliver justice. Her proudest achievement is being a mom to Michael, Gabriella and Nico and wife to her husband Mike whom all live in Irvington with their dog Marley.
