Senior Director Racial Equity Initiative at UnidosUS
Viviana López Green is the Senior Director of the Racial Equity Initiative at UnidosUS, the largest Hispanic civil rights and advocacy organization in the US. In that capacity, she is building a network of allies, including scholars, civil rights activists, academic and cultural institutions, funders, media partners, and UnidosUS’s existing Affiliate network to communicate broadly, drive accountability, and influence the speed and depth at which the Latino experience is embedded in race equity frameworks and solutions. Before joining UnidosUS, Viviana served as an immigration lawyer at Grossman Law, LLC, and also worked as Counsel to CEO for several years at Flamel Technologies, a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company based in Lyon, France. Prior to that, she served as a Senior Project Associate at Development Alternatives, Inc. (DAI) where she helped implement mobilization and demobilization efforts on behalf of multi-year economic development USAID initiatives in Colombia, Croatia and Zimbabwe. She holds a Masters (LLM) of International Law from Georgetown University Law Center, and graduated with a Law Degree from the University of the Andes.
